A topic sure to generate interest is the return of Christ. There can be heated arguments about the time of His coming and the nature of His coming. Some become discouraged when it seems that Christ’s return is postponed. Others use Christ’s immanent return as an excuse to avoid responsibility. In his second letter to the believers at Thessalonica, the Apostle Paul points out that certain things must occur before Christ comes. In the meantime, we must continue to stand firm in our faith and live lives which are worthy of God’s calling.
